We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an irritation. While we undertake thorough testing of all our products, sometimes and very rarely, skin irritations can occur when trialling new products. Please discontinue using the product immediately and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your irritation, along with photographs of the front and back of the packaging so we can identify the batch number.

We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over AUD$79. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping rate of AUD$10.00 or AUD$15.00 express, applies.

Australian shipping times vary depending on several factors. For non-tracked standard parcel postage delivery within Australia, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas and slightly longer for regional centres. Yes, you can. Your shipping details will be provided via email to your nominated email address once sent so you can track the progress of your order.
We endeavour to ensure our products are always in stock, however if there is a particular product you are unable to find on our website or it is listed as out of stock, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once orders are placed, it is very difficult to change your order. If you have made an error, such as an incorrect postal address, please email email@example.com immediately and we will endeavour to make these changes manually however this cannot be promised as the order may have already been shipped. We are unable to cancel orders due to change of mind.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your delivery and provide your invoice number, details of the faulty or damaged product, along with relevant product photographs. A Minenssey team member will be in touch to organise a replacement product or full refund.
Minenssey only accepts product returns for faulty or damaged items, within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases.
